I came to Grange Farm Motors on a rainy, windy evening. Despite the weather, Ryan and George were friendly, accommodating and happy to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed - I was allowed to take a test drive and take all the time I needed to examine the car and look at the MOT and service history documents, which were handily inside the car before I arrived. When I arrived the guys were careful to ensure the car was the right one for me, asking me a few questions about what I wanted in a car to make sure my expectations and the vehicle in question were a match. I was very happy with the vehicle and drove it away that evening. Communication before and after the purchase has been excellent. Ryan and George are professional and polite, and they also helped me fill in the DVLA transfer of ownership and road tax online forms, and showed me around the car, pointing out things like how the lock system works, and how to remove and replace the petrol cap. They had the car all fixed up and in line with the MOT recommendations and on the day it looked exactly as it did in the photographs. I have been using the car for a month now and it is still functioning as well as it did on the day I bought it. I get the impression this is a business which values its vehicles and customers - a winning combination - and to anyone looking to find a used car from a trustworthy and reliable dealership, I would not hesitate to recommend Grange Farm Motors.

Ryan and George were friendly, knowledgable and in no way pushy. Really pleased with the purchase (a car for my mother, exactly what she wanted) and left feeling safe in the knowledge that if there's any issues with the vehicle, they'd be more than happy to assist. I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Focus Estate from Grange Farm Motors. The listing was extremely informative, plenty of photographs, and the vehicle was exactly as advertised upon viewing. George & Ryan were very transparent regarding the vehicle and answered all questions clearly. The vehicle came with an excellent service history and a warranty period to put my kind at ease regarding aftercare. Despite DVLA being closed for transfer of vehicle registration on the evening of viewing, they kindly ensured that the transfer was complete the next morning in good time for me to drive to work. Professional, personable customer service that met all of my requirements.
