Really friendly. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Flexible and just so helpful. They leave you feeling at ease, in what is usually quite a stressful experience.
It was like buying from a good friend. I felt reassured I was buying quality and they said the car would suit us so well it's wonderful to drive so smooth and never fails. Was easy to get used to and they delivered for free. Talked us through what we needed to do to get out on the road. And the 3 month warranty and roadside cover is a reassuring sign of good quality used cars.
If we ever need a new car we will certainly be heading back to these friendly, polite gentlemen!
Made the whole purchase process easy and relaxed. My mum was so nervous and they helped her take her time and she was very calm and relaxed by the time it came to confirm we wanted to buy. You can arrange an independent mechanic to view too, which is also very reassuring.
I saw 500+ amazing reviews and they definately deserve them.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for a used car in Ipswich now.

Great service, very kind and quick to fit us in to view the car. Very kindly stood back and allowed us to look round the car. Then was great at answering any questions we had.

I couldn't have asked anymore from Ryan and George. Ryan was very patient with me asking lots of questions about how they get cars and how they work etc. They both delivered the car to me when I had secured the money for the purchase and set up registering the car in my name which I thought was a great touch.
I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car as at no point did I feel pressured and I genuinely got the feeling they were happy that I was happy.
